Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at shop@octopipoker.ai. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered and to avoid any issues with loss or damage during transit.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the received item is damaged or wrong.

Damages and issues

We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team may ask you to send photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item to process your return.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item, we recommend returning the item you have, and once your return is processed and refunded, you can place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
